  3. Documents submitted will be kept confidential for MRCA internal usage only.
  4. MRCA is not liable for any liability arising from receiving, processing and approval of this application.
  5. Upon admission, the member must notify the MRCA Secretariat if the business has been ceased or there is a change in nature of business or directorship.

Criteria for SMEs:

• Manufacturing: sales turnover ≤ RM50 million OR full-time employees ≤ 200.

• Services & other sectors: sales turnover ≤ RM20 million OR employees ≤ 75.

1. Consent to Join the MRCA F&B Division

(Subject to Approval by the Chief of F&B Division) – Requirement: Membership is open to MRCA members that are in the F&B industry.

(Subject to Approval by the Chief of Women Division) – Requirement: Membership is open to female representatives of MRCA member companies who are above twenty-one (21) years old.

(Subject to Approval by the Chief of Youth Division) – Requirement: Membership is open to representatives of MRCA member companies who are above eighteen (18) years old and below forty (40) years old at the time of joining.

4. Consent to Join the MRCA Academy Division

(Subject to Approval by the Chief of Academy Division) – Requirement: Open to MRCA members (Ordinary and Associate) who are Human Resource and Talent Development personnel only.

5. Consent to Join the MRCA Digital and E-Commerce Division

(Subject to Approval by the Chief of Digital and E-Commerce Division) – Requirement: Open to MRCA members (Ordinary and Associate) or their representatives involved in AI, Digital Transformation, E-Commerce, Online Marketing, IT and related fields.

6. Consent to Join the MRCA Franchise Division

(Subject to Approval by the Chief of Franchise Division) – Requirement: Membership is open to MRCA members who are currently in the franchise industry or are interested in starting a franchise business.

(Subject to Approval by the Chief of Retail Division) – Requirement: Membership is open to MRCA members that are in the Retail industry with existing physical stores.

Member Communications & Publication Consent

1. Member Directory & Communications. I/We authorise MRCA to use the company information provided in this Stage 2 form for membership administration, member directory, networking, business matching, event invitations and other MRCA member communications.

2. Brand Assets & Publicity. I/We grant MRCA permission to reproduce and use the company name, brand name, logo, company profile and submitted business/outlet photographs for MRCA's website, newsletters, magazines, event materials, membership directory, buntings and other association-related promotional materials, unless otherwise notified in writing.

3. Accuracy & Updates. I/We confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of our knowledge and undertake to notify the MRCA Secretariat of any material change to the company's business status, nature of business, directorship or designated representatives.

4. Personal Data. Personal data provided in this Stage 2 form shall be handled for MRCA membership administration and related purposes in accordance with MRCA's applicable privacy practices and Malaysian law.
